How to cancel a booking

- Sign in and open Account, Bookings, then the booking.
- Choose "Cancel booking" and confirm.
A booking can be cancelled while it is deposit paid, pending confirmation or confirmed. The refund is worked out from the cancellation policy saved on your booking and how many days remain before check-in, and it is shown to you when you cancel.
