Trust and safety

What we do to keep Wellnest Bay safe for guests and fair for partners.

1. How we verify partners

Every partner applies with business details and identity and licence documents. Our team reviews them before a business can publish anything. Listings are reviewed again before they go live, and a partner can be suspended at any time if standards slip.

Look for the Verified partner mark on a listing.

2. Payments you can rely on

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Booking prices, taxes and deposits are shown before you pay, and refunds follow the published cancellation and refund policies.

If a partner does not confirm your booking within 48 hours, it is declined automatically and you are refunded in full.

3. Reviews you can believe

A review marked Verified stay or Verified purchase comes from a real booking or order made on Wellnest Bay. All reviews are moderated, partners can reply but cannot remove or edit them, and anyone can report a review for our team to check.

4. Response times

We measure how quickly partners confirm bookings and show it on their listings as a response badge. It is calculated from real confirmations, not self-reported.

5. Your data

We collect only what is needed to run your booking, you can export or erase your data from your account, and we ask for consent before analytics. See the privacy policy.

6. Reliability

Check live service health on the status page. Our systems are backed up daily and restores are rehearsed.

7. Report a problem

Something wrong with a listing, a review or a payment? Contact us with the booking number and we will look into it.
