Cancelling a shop order

You can cancel from the order page in your account (Account, Orders) until the order has been shipped: before payment, or after payment while the seller has not yet dispatched it.

A paid order that is cancelled is refunded in full to your original payment method. Once an order is shipped, out for delivery or delivered it can no longer be cancelled.
