The Story
Ashwem Surf & Yoga House was started by two former competitive surfers who noticed Goa's surf schools rarely addressed the shoulder and lower-back strain that comes with a week of daily paddling. Mornings are surf lessons graded by ability; afternoons are yoga sequences specifically built to counteract surf-related tightness.
