The Story
Elephant Beach Freediving Wellness Camp was founded by a competitive freediver who moved to Havelock specifically for its reef access, and built a programme progressing guests from basic breath-hold safety through to genuine freediving technique over the course of a week, paired with daily recovery yoga for the shoulder and diaphragm strain the sport can cause.
