The Story
Fateh Sagar Lakeside Ayurveda Haveli's resident Vaidya trained specifically in Kapha-dosha management, arguing that Rajasthan's dry heat is underused for this purpose compared to Kerala's humid detox tradition. The haveli's original stepped-well courtyard has been converted into an open-air treatment space that uses the desert air directly in its protocols.
