Rishikesh Women's Wellness Sanctuary was opened after the trust's female teaching staff noticed recurring requests for a women-only space to discuss hormonal health, perimenopause, and cycle-aware practice openly. The retreat restricts bookings to women and non-binary guests and runs a rotating curriculum addressing different life stages each month.
