The Story
Vembanad Sunrise Yoga Lodge runs back-to-back 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher trainings, but keeps rooms open to non-training guests between cohorts. The lakeside shala was purpose-built with an east-facing glass wall so every morning practice begins with the sunrise directly over the water.
